Chieftain
The Chieftain is the guild leader of Riot. He has final say in all guild matters, but must remain open to the opinions and suggestions of his guild members. He delegates responsibilities to his trusted officers, but remains directly responsible for much of the background work that goes into the guild.

Riot's government type has been changed to Cimmerian, for purposes of simplicity, and the website rank names have been changed to reflect in-game rank names. The following changes have occured as a result of this:
- Commander has become Chieftain.
- Lt. Commander and General have been consolidated into one rank: War Chief.
- Lt. General has become Elder.
- Colonel and Corporal have been consolidated into one rank: Kinsman.
- Private has become Comrade.

Riot's rank system has been completely revamped. We have changed our government type to Cimmerian, and our website and in-game rank names are now in agreement. Please take this time to do the following things:
